Description
Day Shift ( 7 am to 4 pm)

Hiring experienced Service Desk Technician to assist with day-to-day technical support.

Access resolution for New/Existing resources at FC for two apps Workday and OKTA

Troubleshoot basic desktop and printer (Zebra) support

Ability to follow written process to reboot equipment (Hand scanners, scanner smart cabinets) in FC Warehouse setting other requests as needed

Will Manage and configure hardware.

Exp in Relevant ServiceNow or a similar class of ticketing system use and support experience is required.

Looking for Bilingual fluency in both
French and
English

Pay:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour
