Mathnasium, located in South Surrey is hiring a Manager, Business Development and Customer Experience Management to join its team.

Responsibilities:

Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
Identifying opportunities for promoting the brand through networking/liasing with the local community
Manging the customer (parent and student) exprience from the very first contact/interaction with the brand
Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress
Support the Centre Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plans
Lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
Mentor and support employee development by providing onthejob training to instructional staff
Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or higher
Solid math skills up to algebra level
Experience in sales, as well as customer relation management
Experience in supervisory/leadership roles
Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Eagerness to learn and be trained
Proficiency in computer skills
