Key Responsibilities:

  • Daytoday user support and triaging of tickets
  • Manage user lifecycle management for our HRIS
  • Provide service management related reports
  • Submit and manage the vendor ticket queue
  • Monitor and manage system events
  • Perform standard changes on HRIS using standard change management practises

Critical Competencies:

  • Understand the employee journey and events within a complex enterprise environment
  • Troubleshooting user and system issues to uphold service level agreements
  • Someone who knows how to problem solve with little guidance on SaaS tools within
- secure and segmented environments

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage incoming requests, prioritize and resolve
problems simultaneously


Preferred Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in HRIS, IT or related field of study
  • Working knowledge of SuccessFactors HCM modules (BizX, Recruitment, JAM)
  • Working knowledge in data analysis and data manipulation with large datasets
  • Working knowledge of network, integration and cloud systems
  • Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)

Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
$35.00-$47.00 per hour
