Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Daytoday user support and triaging of tickets
- Manage user lifecycle management for our HRIS
- Provide service management related reports
- Submit and manage the vendor ticket queue
- Monitor and manage system events
- Perform standard changes on HRIS using standard change management practises
Critical Competencies:
- Understand the employee journey and events within a complex enterprise environment
- Troubleshooting user and system issues to uphold service level agreements
- Someone who knows how to problem solve with little guidance on SaaS tools within
- Ability to work under pressure, manage incoming requests, prioritize and resolve
Preferred Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in HRIS, IT or related field of study
- Working knowledge of SuccessFactors HCM modules (BizX, Recruitment, JAM)
- Working knowledge in data analysis and data manipulation with large datasets
- Working knowledge of network, integration and cloud systems
- Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
Job Type:
Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary:
$35.00-$47.00 per hour
