Contract Duration: 12 months + extension

We are seeking an experienced Test Manger with experience to join our client's team and lead critical projects on behalf of our public sector client.

This is a contract role suitable for a freelancer, offering an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the public sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead project teams, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate project status and updates to key stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and positive project environment.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Test Manager, preferably within the public sector.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a must.
