_ Responsibilities_

_Create/acknowledge, follow-up, escalate and resolve incidents/service requests as per Service Desk procedures within allocated timelines._

_ _

_Ensure tickets are always updated until issues are resolved and communicate the progress to the end user client._

_ _

_Resource is required to work from Noida, India_

_ _

_Resource should be open to work in US shift and open to shift rotation between afternoon and night shifts._

_ _

_Resource should be keen to learn newer things related to technology and domain._

_ _

_Resource should be energetic and passionate to drive results for business needs and personal growth in technology and/domain knowledge._

_ _

_Perform hardware IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change and Dispose) activities._

_ _

_Backup and image IT assets as per procedures._

_ _

_Adhere to and enforce Security and Corporate policies related to usage of IT hardware/software._

_ _

_Manage and monitor IT assets to ensure accurate inventory records and log updates to the configuration management database (CMDB)._

_ _

_Keep the work area and IT storage well organized and clutter free._

_ _

_Perform ad-hoc/project-related tasks and additional responsibilities assigned by the Service Desk manager. Prepare and publish various IT reports on an ad-hoc and/or regular basis._

_Create and/or maintain/update technical Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents._

_ _

_Liaise effectively while maintaining good working relationships with various internal/external IT teams and vendors._

_ Qualifications we seek in you_

_ Minimum Qualifications_:

_Graduate in Technology with Computers or IT stream_

_OR_:

_ _

_Graduate any stream with course in Computers or IT stream._

_Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting._

_Technical and system expertise in relevant IT workstreams. _

_Good problem-resolving abilities, communication skills (written and verbal), time administration and management, and the team partnership and collaboration._

_Ability to effectively interact with users and IT staff in implementation of new functionality and solving problems._
