  • Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Ensures the cleanliness of the manufacturing areas before beginning operations.
  • Cleans, assembles and adjusts encapsulation machines
  • Tests capsules every 15 minutes and documents results
  • Updates documentation related to equipment cleaning and manufacturing files (labels, logbooks)
  • Manipulates barrels and raw material containers or products with the assistance of appropriate equipment.
  • Verifies the identification of raw materials and different products (code, name, lots, quantity, expiry date, etc.)
  • Verifies and/or calibrates measurement instruments and ensures the proper functioning
  • Adjusts manufacturing equipment according to established procedures and manufacturing file. May be required to weigh raw materials and product as needed.
  • Begins batch according to manufacturing file and ensure its proper execution
  • Verifies and/or tests during production according to manufacturing file
  • Completes and calculates performance and reconciliation
  • Acts as a technical resource person for the sector
  • Skills, knowledge and abilities
