We're looking for a POSITIVE and FUN Store Manager who knows how to motivate a team - get your team singing, dancing, or telling jokes to keep them smiling.

We pride ourselves in our quality and are seeking a Manager who also takes pride in what they do.

Description:

• Hire and train team members
• Motivate staff memebers throughout their shifts
• Conduct daily team meetings and set out team goals

- team reviews; provide feedback and appropriate training on an ongoing basis

• Listen and respond to customer complaints and feedback
• Exhibit excellent team working skills and professionalism; communicate clearly, efficiently and politely with coworkers
• Ensure that the correct order is served to the customers in a timely manner.
• Ensure policies are strictly followed in all customer and employeeauthorized areas including health and safety standards
• Complete cleaning tasks and follow checklists provided by management; keep the work area organized and clean, and sanitary throughout the shift.
• Order store inventory and prepare and stock/restock for daily and weekly operations
• Follow correct opening, closing and midday procedures and checklists.
• Ensure mall guidelines are communicated and followed including garbage and recycling protocol
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and practices as established from time to time through office manuals, policy statements, memoranda, or other communications.
• Responsible for monitoring, training and development of team members with a focus on improving team performance. Develop and implement Company Challenges to improve customer service, and team morale.

Manager must be able to assist and perform all duties of Customer Service and Team Lead.

Qualifications:

Looking for someone that has great interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills and leadership abilities. Able to work in a fast paced environment, prioritize tasks, and motivate a team.


Physical Requirements:

Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 20lbs


Motion Parameters:

Employee must be capable to bend at the waist, twist, and lift during shift. Will be on feet for 5-10 hrs (30 minute break will be provided within the first 5 hours of shift.)
