- To prepare, wrap, price and stock product as assigned and to maintain and display all types of bakery products according to standards.
- To be responsible for ensuring that the department produces high quality product.
- To provide proper maintenance of equipment, monitor case temperatures, clean equipment regularly and to become familiar with and adhere to all sanitation and personal hygiene policies of the Co-operative and Government legislation as is applies to each individual department.
- To be responsible for the maintenance of adequate inventory levels, and stock control procedures.
- To operate and maintain equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
- To be familiar with and adhere to the Delta Co-op policies and procedures.
