Proactive Painting is a reputable painting company in the lower mainland.

We have worked to build the reputation as one of the most respected and trusted painting companies for deck staining, interior, exterior and commercial painting.

Our primary focus is customer satisfaction and delivering only the highest quality work.

Working in a collaborative environment, the Proactive team is looking to hire motivated individuals in the greater Vancouver area to join our team as entry level sales representatives.

Ongoing training will be provided.

• You're a selfstarter. You have strong initiative to find leads and do doortodoor sales
• Your customer service skills are exemplary and you actively listen to customer's needs
• You display a high level of professionalism
• Have the confidence to to make cold calls to various parties
• You are well organized and plan follow up calls from leads
• You have the drive and motivation to meet deadlines and sales targets
• You have a high level of accuracy with quoting jobs and reporting costs
• You're excited to solve problems in innovative ways

• You have 1+ year of sales experience (asset)
• You have flexibility in your schedule to meet various customer schedules including evenings and weekends
• You have reliable transportation and are able to work in various neighbourhoods in North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Coquitlam, Langley (mandatory)
• You have a can do attitude and a willingness to grow with the company
• You have great time management for scheduling
• You have the natural ability to connect with people
• You have excellent English skills and the ability to interact with a diverse customer base

Part-time hours: 15-20 per week


Salary:
From $16.75 per hour
