We are hiring a Client Services Manager to support our Toronto branch. This role is for you if you're a people-powered problem solver who loves leading teams, streamlining schedules, and turning client care into a well-oiled,high-impact operation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in the health care industry with experience in home care
- Registered health care professional an asset
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
- 2 years' people management experience
- Demonstrated commitment to the delivery of customer service excellence
- Ability to manage and improve core business processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint
