    Job Opportunity

    SWTCH is seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Operations Analyst. Reporting to the Head of Operations, and working closely with leaders across the operations function, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Operations in strategic initiatives, providing actionable insights to drive decision-making, and analyzing and optimizing operational processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Help develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive operational excellence and support business growth.
    • Analyze business processes and systems, and conduct data analysis using Excel, SQL and other tools data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
    • Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings, recommendations, and initiative updates to stakeholders.
    • Manage operational improvements by collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements, and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented changes, adjusting as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
    • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of business operations.
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or consulting roles.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels and across functions.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
    • Experience in an EV charging/SaaS/software environment.
    • Passion for EV space, decarbonizing transportation, cleantech/sustainability.

    Annual Salary Range

    CAD $60,000 - $80,000
