RC is a harm reduction clinic focused on substance use disorders for legal or illegal drugs, including opioids, narcotics and alcohol, made up of a group of health care professionals dedicated to making a difference in mental health and addictions.

RC aims to do this through reducing the stigma associated with mental health and substance use health by focusing on the needs of their patients.

Currently, RC locations include multiple centres in Ottawa, Vanier, Bells Corners, and a location in Cornwall.
