Brief Description
The position of Dispatch & Scheduling Administrator is responsible for monitoring and scheduling incoming orders for disposal bins in the office while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Hours
- Full time, Monday to Friday, 7am 5pm
Tasks
- Manage and schedule day to day operations for truck fleet and dumpsters
- Input information to scheduling calendars and various software programs
- Coordinate and dispatch schedules with drivers
- Compile and send invoices
- Correspond with clients to ensure satisfaction
Working Conditions
- This is a permanent, full time, yearround position;
- Wages will be based on experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
