**Responsabilités**:
Gérer de manière proactive l'ensemble du processus de la facturation en répondant aux questions ou en résolvant des problèmes, notamment:

- Obtenez les données des heures de facturation à partir des rapports ADP.
- Saisie des données de facturation (heures) dans le logiciel de facturation (Microsoft Navision - NAV)
- Calcul des facturations par PO, Projet et Client
- Génération de la facture et vérification de l'exactitude
- Comparer les heures de la facture par rapport aux feuilles de TEMPS et résoudre les éventuelles divergences.
- Joindre les pièces justificatives à la facture et l'envoyer au gérant du projet pour approbation.
- Une fois approuvée, enregistrez la facture dans NAV et envoyez au Client.
- Maintenir le bon classement des dossiers électroniques
- Envoi des relevés de compte mensuels aux Clients et suivi des impayés
- Répondre aux demandes des clients et des opérations

**Qualifications**:

- Excellente habileté relationnelle et de communication
- Rigueur et souci du détail
- Initiative
- Bon esprit d'équipe
- Détenir un DEC en comptabilité ou tout autre formation reliée au poste
- 2 à 4 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions similaires
- Maîtrise du français et anglais tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
- Maîtrise de la suite Office
- Connaissance de Microsoft NAV est un atout

**Specialist** to ensure that invoices and credit memos are completed timely and accurately in

**Responsibilities**:
Proactively managing the entire invoicing process, including:

- Get the billing hours data from ADP reports.
- Entering billing data (hours) into billing software (Microsoft Navision - NAV)
- Calculating billings by PO, Project and Client
- Generating invoice and review for accuracy and completeness
- Compare the hours in the invoice vs the TIME sheets and resolving any discrepancies.
- Attaching the supporting documentation in the invoice and send it to Project Manager for review and approval.
- Once approved, post the invoice in NAV, and send it to Client.
- Maintaining proper electronic filing records
- Sending monthly account statements to Clients and follow-up on overdue payments
- Resolving inquiries from Clients and Operations

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Rigor and attention to detail
- Initiative
- Good team spirit
- Hold a DEC in accounting or any other training related to the position.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in similar functions
- Fluent in French and English both orally and in writing
- Proficiency of the Office suite
- Experience with Microsoft Navision software, a strong asset
