Summary
The
Grounds Maintenance Crew Member is responsible for performing a variety of work tasks in order to complete grounds maintenance service contracts.
The Grounds Maintenance Crew Member will be required to operate a variety of tools and equipment to carry out specified job tasks.

- Job Duties: Aid in the loading/unloading of trucks in the Am and PM, cut grass, trim edges, clean up debris, blow trimmings, fertilize, pruning, weeding, cultivating etc
- Be flexible and improvise in a dynamic environment
- Operate company vehicles, equipment and hand tools (mowers, trimmers, blowers etc.training provided)
- Assist Crew Leader in other workrelated duties including shop and yard maintenance, vehicle and equipment maintenance
- Strive to improve efficiencies, be innovative
Qualifications
- Entry level position,
- Interest in Training and/or education in Horticulture
- Valid 'G' driver's license preferred
