The Position:
Carpenter - **WINMAR Property Restoration is expanding and looking for energetic and self-motivated employees to join our team. This position is full time, and offers a competitive wage based on experience and expertise.

General Responsibilities and Performance Expectations include:

• Demonstrates skill in the safe operation of shop tools.
• Practices good housekeeping discipline on the job to ensure a safe, noncluttered workplace.
• Adheres to company policy and standards at customer sites.
• Report to Project Manager on progress of job to meet timeline goals.
• Knowledge of basic shop mathematics to calculate metric conversions and materials needed for jobs.

Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
