    Description
    The successful candidate
    will be responsible for the organization of the school's materials, including physical and digital inventory, ordering and maintaining textbooks and other resources, and working with staff to secure materials under the direction of the school's administrative team


    Qualifications:
    A high school diploma and education and/or experience working in an information management setting Experience with online resource management Skills: Able to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines Patient and helpful with staff and students Well developed interpersonal skills Ability to liaise between school staff, divisional staff and outside agencies Strong organizational skills Strong verbal and written English skills Ability to work as a member of a team and maintain a positive work environment Requirements: Provide an acceptable current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check Please note, record check must be less than six (6) months old to date of your application
