Responsibilities include:


  • Social Media Marketing, both organic and paid.
  • Social Media Profile Management; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, Tik Tok.
  • Assist with Distribution of Online Lead Opportunities to Agents.
  • Report on various activities and identify issues or potential opportunities.
  • Assist in development and management of Online Marketing Funnels.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of Digital Media training opportunities, including but not limited to Social Media platforms, Jotforms, and Digital Advertising.
  • Assist in servicing clients who use any Marketing & Design department resources.
  • Uploading and Management of digital assets to a variety of online platforms; Facebook Ads, Royal LePage Atlantic Website, etc.
  • Developing, communicating, training and executing on all Digital Paid Services.
  • Assist in the management and execution of RE Broker Pulse thought leadership vlog, including regular updates and publishing to the website and social media platforms of RE Broker Pulse.
  • Other operational and departmental needs as required.
This is an entry-level position with opportunity for commission.

This role is primarily assisting in the delivery of our proven marketing strategy, reviewing delivery performance, and reporting on the performance of our Digital Marketing activities for agents and the brokerage.


Focus on the continuous development and improvement of our strategy that helps to keep our brokerage competitive will allow for assistance in strategizing, as well as building processes to execute developed strategies.


Additional experience:

  • Facebook Ads Manager Experience is an Asset
  • Wordpress Experience is an Asset
  • Moderate to Intermediate knowledge of Spreadsheets and Spreadsheet Development
  • Experience with Google for Work Apps


We are looking for a team player to join our Marketing & Design team that is eager to learn and grow into this position.


What we offer:

Compensation: Starting at $34,000 per year. Salary is paid semi-monthly by direct deposit. Additional annual bonus of up to $1,500, based on performance and targets.

Vacation Entitlement: Your vacation entitlement will be 2 weeks per annum.

Benefits: Medical, dental and accidental death coverage is paid 60% by the Company. Other benefits such as Life Insurance, Long Term Disability and other optional coverages are available as part of the group plan but are not covered by the Company.

Expenses: The company will provide a computer as well as cover the costs of reasonable expenses related to your responsibilities.
