Description

The Party City Integration Manager is responsible for managing the overall Party City business for both Party City standalone and the integration of the business into CTR.

This includes managing cross-business activities, developing strategic processes, and providing objective insights and recommendations to leadership.


What you'll do

  • Lead the Integration of Party Requirements into the CTC Business/ technology environment supporting core business functions integration and evolving the business model
  • Establish new capabilities to support Party City, including Supply Chain, eCommerce, Frontier, Store Ops, Communications and Store Design
  • Manage and support the evolution of the Party City strategic outlook; priorities, planning and resourcing
  • Drive the decisionmaking process, be proactive in taking the initiative and the lead for identifying, analyzing and resolving issues
  • Creating and managing dealer messaging/agendas to obtain approvals and inform
  • Working with cross functional teams to ensure Party City processes mimic CTR processes where possible
  • Monitor key performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to drive performance/improved processes
  • Support/lead key initiatives
  • Other duties as required

What you bring

  • University degree or equivalent in Business or related field
  • 5+ years experience in merchandise/project management/store operations and/or progressive growth in a relevant cross functional role
  • Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment
  • Strong business/financial acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of stakeholders up to and including executive level
  • Demonstrated experienced in conflict resolution
  • Strong time management, organizational skills with ability to assess and delegate work
  • Multitasker with the ability to identify risks across the business
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Flexible and work effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Decisive and work effectively under pressure particularly when faced with unexpected occurrences
  • Dependable and resourceful with experience managing the complexities of running simultaneous initiatives from inception to completion within set timelines
  • Excellent communicators with the ability to express ideas in a clear, fluent, and concise manner
  • Collaborative team players with superior influencing skills, who build relationships easily across various stakeholder groups to move initiatives forward
  • Action oriented, and comfortable taking calculated risks to better serve our customers and business
  • Outcome focused, critical thinkers with the ability to analyze and visualize, to ensure continuous improvement across our entire business
