This role is for PME Inc. (an EllisDon Company).


You as a Construction Manager will:
Provide project management and construction methodologies to a project or portfolio of projects, ensuring timely completion and profitability.
Lead and support project planning start-up, project financials, project pre-construction, project execution, close-out, and EHS.
Strong focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Manage and mentor a large team including the project management group.
Lead multiple projects from estimate to close-out.

Is this the right role for you?

10-15 years supervisory or equivalent experience in civil earthworks and underground utilities projects.

Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods); company policies, procedures and standards, union jurisdiction, labor agreements and negotiations essential.

Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills required.
Experience in light and heavy civil projects would be an asset.
PMP designation would be considered an asset.
