is based out of East Vancouver / South Burnaby and is looking to add two Snow & Ice Management Supervisors to our team.

• 35 Years of snow & ice management experience
• 35 Years of plow driving experience
• 35 Years deicing and salting experience
• 35 Years leadership experience
• Experienc around heavy equipment
• Excellent physical shape
• Strong problem solving skills with snow related equipment and vehicles
• Clean driving abstract
• General problem solving skills
• The ability to stay calm and make good decisions during major storms
• Skid steer and equipment experience would be considerd an asset
• Oversee up to 2 x crews working directly with Operations Team, executing a dicing route and or snow removal route
• Run an ATV, shovel crew or snow plow when it snows
• Document and complete paperwork after each site is completed

This role could lead to an Operations Coordinator role for next year and we look forward to hearing back from you.

• Burnaby, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

• Describe the snow removal equipment you have experience using.
• How many years of plow experience do you have? What type of plows have you used?
• Do you have experience using an ATV with a snow blade and have you ever repaired a broken winch cable?
• Are you able to work up to 12 hours in a shift if there is a severe storm?
