- Proven track record in outside sales roles, prioritizing new business development is required; ideally 2-3+ years of experience.
- A valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office, particularly MS Excel is an asset.
- History of delivering client‑centric solutions to address diverse needs effectively.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is an asset.
- Proficiency in identifying, researching, and qualifying potential leads or prospects within a target market.
- Effectively address objections, managing negotiations to close deals and convert opportunities into actual sales.

- While this is a hybrid position, typically no more than 1 day a week will be spent working remotely or in-office. Most days will be spent actively in the field seeking business development opportunities.
