Description

Responsibilities:


  • Provide effective and efficient administrative support to different departments including Health and Safety, Service, Accounting, and Project Management
  • Prepare, track and distribute documentation
  • Be the first point of contact with existing customers to schedule maintenance, repairs, or small project work
  • Dispatch service technicians
  • Create, correct and track work orders
  • Create purchase orders and process invoices
  • Prepare service billing
  • Update and coordinate service contracts, working with technicians and customers
  • Complete and Process Start Ups
  • Complete Warranty Service
  • Follow up on outstanding and unbilled work
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills:


  • Self-Motivated and the ability to work independently, as well as in a team
  • Problem solving, job task planning & organization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, numerical, and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated customer service

Requirements:


  • 3 years in a similar role with office administration and customer service experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Construction (mechanical) experience an asset
  • Service (HVAC/Refrigeration) experience an asset

- Experience working with Jonas Software

$19.00-$25.00 per hour

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Construction: 2 years (required)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
