Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide effective and efficient administrative support to different departments including Health and Safety, Service, Accounting, and Project Management
- Prepare, track and distribute documentation
- Be the first point of contact with existing customers to schedule maintenance, repairs, or small project work
- Dispatch service technicians
- Create, correct and track work orders
- Create purchase orders and process invoices
- Prepare service billing
- Update and coordinate service contracts, working with technicians and customers
- Complete and Process Start Ups
- Complete Warranty Service
- Follow up on outstanding and unbilled work
- Other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Self-Motivated and the ability to work independently, as well as in a team
- Problem solving, job task planning & organization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, numerical, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated customer service
Requirements:
- 3 years in a similar role with office administration and customer service experience
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Construction (mechanical) experience an asset
- Service (HVAC/Refrigeration) experience an asset
- Experience working with Jonas Software
