We are looking for a long-term, experienced journeyman carpenter who can do a large variety of jobs including back framing, forming, finishing, and other carpentry type tasks required to build custom homes.

• Carpentry
• Complete carpentry work that falls between subcontractors' work
• Includes framing, forming, and finish carpentry
• Maintain a high standard of work
• Complete miscellaneous tasks and projects that may arise on any one of our current projects.
• Assistance to Site Manager
• Help provide guidance and coordination of subcontractors when necessary
• Be available to Site Manager to complete miscellaneous tasks
• Help solve problems that arise
• Communication
• As someone working hands on with and around the trades, communicate with the Site Manager about potential problems, insights, and details that arise to help move the job along in a timely manner and to ensure quality.

• Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of the residential home building process.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Knowledge and experience in other trades in addition to carpentry is an asset.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Ability to work well independently.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take leadership.
• Problem solving mentality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
