What Will Your Day Look Like?
As our new Talent Coordinator, you will help drive and optimize the talent acquisition process.


Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting screening calls and preliminary interviews.
  • Develop assessment criteria as required.
  • Coordinating and setting up interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Updating and streamlining talent databases.
  • Handling contractual processes, documentation, and onboarding processes.
  • Solving administrative daytoday challenges related to our office, region and talent acquisition.
  • Preparing reports and handling data analyses on recruitment metrics.

What Do You Bring to the Table?

  • 13 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR coordinator position.
  • Post secondary education in Human Resources or Business Administration is an asset.
  • Experience assisting in scheduling interviews for different members of the department.
  • Experience using an ATS or HRIS is an asset.
  • Proven experience in developing and optimizing recruitment processes.
  • Proficient in tracking recruitment metrics.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask between competing priorities and maintain deadlines.
