What Will Your Day Look Like?
As our new Talent Coordinator, you will help drive and optimize the talent acquisition process.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting screening calls and preliminary interviews.
Develop assessment criteria as required.
Coordinating and setting up interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Updating and streamlining talent databases.
Handling contractual processes, documentation, and onboarding processes.
Solving administrative daytoday challenges related to our office, region and talent acquisition.
Preparing reports and handling data analyses on recruitment metrics.

What Do You Bring to the Table?

13 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR coordinator position.
Post secondary education in Human Resources or Business Administration is an asset.
Experience assisting in scheduling interviews for different members of the department.
Experience using an ATS or HRIS is an asset.
Proven experience in developing and optimizing recruitment processes.
Proficient in tracking recruitment metrics.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask between competing priorities and maintain deadlines.
