CUSTOMER SERVICE (CSR) & SALES SUPPORT POSTION
We are looking for someone who is the main pillar of commincation between our sales reps and our customers.
The Order Entry/Sales Support position is responsible for order processing, order taking and communication with our sales team as well as our customers.
SCOPE:
The Order Entry/Sales Support reports to the Owner and Operations Manager and works closely with the Operations Manager and Sales Staff and warehouse staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform the day-to-day processing of all sales orders and associated transactions to ensure that customer orders are maintained in an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner.
- Verify and process all remote entered orders, select internal accounts
- Processing Credit card payments using POP service
- Save all back up to appropriate folders
- Route incoming faxes to sales staff
- Maintain confidential customer files
- Match and Invoice all processed orders
- Update customer card/contact cards and credit card info as requested
- Create new customers as requested by sales staff
- Contact and inform sales staff of updates or changes to their customers
- Provide administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations
- Perform other related duties as required

The incumbent would normally attain the required knowledge and skills through completion of basic data entry combined with related administrative experience.
Salary:
$45,000.00 per year

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
