    We have a full‐time opportunity for a Manager, Partnerships and Client Success to join our Transportation Team.

    In this key role where customer experience and satisfaction are essential you will leverage your exceptional attention to detail and customer care expertise to provide the best service and grow our partnerships within the commercial airlines and train operator's industry. You will be focusing on establishing and building solid relationships with clients and on understanding their needs and expectations. In addition, you will work closely with various stakeholders, such as our marketing, accounting, content and technical teams to help internal efficiency and momentum.     In this role, you will:

  • Act as an external point of contact, and internal driving force, for project management and execution of launch campaigns
  • Offer support to business client accounts by acting as the central point in the account management process, working internally and externally across marketing, accounting, content, legal and technical teams
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and keep in touch regularly to ensure that PressReader proactively addresses any potential challenges, and takes full advantage of any additional opportunities that may arise (upselling, further product implementation, marketing visibility, etc.)
  • Assist the business clients on product training of the PressReader app, PressReader web‐based platform, PressReader Analytics and access methods for passengers and staff
  • Manage the day‐to‐day responsibilities including monitoring and reporting on usage of the product
  • Advocate for clients' needs and point of view internally, and act as the central knowledge base about such clients with executive, sales, marketing and product teams
  • Act as a resource and consultant for best practices internally and towards the client as it relates to the account management process
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on‐time, within scope and within budget
  • Ensure proper invoicing of business client accounts on a regular basis; you will support the collections process
  • Prepare for and participate at various trade events, including conferences, expos and meetings with partners, as assigned.
  • You are a great fit if you have:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Project Management, Account Management or Sales/Business Development (B2B)
  • The ability to be involved with commercial terms in legal agreements and the invoicing/collections process
  • A good understanding of marketing strategy
  • An analytical and creative mindset with critical thinking
  • Experience cultivating genuine and authentic relationships and enjoying client-facing interactions
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction
  • Great attention to detail and organization, along with excellent time and task management skills, and a clear understanding of priorities.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, adeptly navigating conflicting priorities
  • An inquisitive approach: you're not afraid to ask questions and enjoy engaging with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • A can-do mindset, enjoy learning, take pride in quality work, and can work both collaboratively and independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and CRM
  • Familiarity with productivity tools such as Slack, Monday
  • A positive outlook, resilience, and a great sense of humor.

  • Bonus points if you have:

  • Worked in the commercial aviation (commercial airlines, airports, lounge operators) or hospitality industries
  • Experience in sales
  • Knowledge or direct work experience in digital media and the publishing industry

    PressReader offers a hybrid work environment to balance the flexibility of working from home and being together to collaborate, celebrate, and connect. This position is based in our Richmond, BC office and requires to be on-premises 2 days a week. When not in the office, employees have the opportunity to work remotely.

    PressReader is committed to providing a fair compensation package which include a 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision benefit plan; 15 paid vacation days to start; health and wellness days and bereavement days; reimbursements for professional training and membership in professional associations; fitness subsidy and more, along with a chance to be working with amazing people. The base salary for this role ranges from $55,000 to $60,000, with the potential for a bonus tied to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The total compensation package will range from $67,000 to $75,000.
