    As the Manager, Campus Recruiting, this key member of the Talent Acquisition team will be responsible for evolving and leading the overall Campus Recruiting strategy and execution for Definity Insurance. This role will have accountability for full-cycle Campus Recruiting for interns/coops, summer students and new grads by establishing key Campus relationships and business partnerships that ensure Definity attracts and retains diverse, early career talent. The role will also be instrumental in the implementation of our Rotational Program that will build future leaders for Definity in key job functions.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Program Strategy:

    • Evolve and execute an end to end strategy to identify top Co-op, Intern, New Grads and Rotational Student Program talent from campus. The creation of this strategy will be all encompassing and must include role and head count need identification, school footprint, brand strategy, compensation program, selection process, metrics and diversity strategy.
    • Responsible for the creation, evolution and flawless execution of all programs that fall under the campus umbrella (Co-op, Intern, New Grads and Rotational Student Program)
    • Partner closely with key internal stakeholders including business leaders/HR partners to understand workforce forecast and general hiring needs and ensure the program will achieve hiring goals for campus and entry level roles
    • Work with vendors/schools and business leaders to create a campus school footprint and identify new schools that may have talent pools that align with required skillsets
    • Develop standard metrics to evaluate success for all programs and campus initiatives and create a framework to regularly update key stakeholders
    • Partner with the Director Talent Acquisition to build on our newly launched New Grad Rotational Program

    Program Management and Execution:

    • Plan annual campus strategy based on collaboration with business and HR leaders
    • Partner with HR & business leaders to align long term people plans to campus engagement and recruitment activities with an emphasis on diversity, equity and inclusion partnerships
    • Work closely with key hiring leaders to set hiring targets and monitor entry-level staffing requirements to ensure resourcing needs are being met along with reporting on results
    • Perform lessons learned sessions post campus recruiting cycles with the business and provide recommendations to improve future process
    • Evolve the Campus Ambassador program
    • Stay tightly connected with current and past coops/FT hires to gain regular, valuable feedback on our program, help post on social channels and attend events
    • Responsible for the execution of the full cycle recruitment process (screen, interview, select, offer and onboarding) of intern, co-op and new graduate hiring, including management of the full process within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 5-8+ years of work experience in recruiting with a focus in Campus Recruitment
    • 2+ years of campus recruiting experience
    • 5+ years in an HR or broader program management role with proven program creation and delivery experience - proven ability to build a program from scratch and execute on that program working with multiple stakeholders
    • Proven project management and event management experience with the ability to independently manage multiple tasks within tight timeframes
    • Proven experience in developing strong relationships in order to gain support and achieve results
    • Comfortable presenting to external partners/audiences
    • Ability to develop, measure, and report on programs objectives and key results
    • Knowledge in recruiting technology and emerging trends in university recruiting
