Kelseys Lindsay is a neighborhood favorite for over 40 years. We are currently looking to add a Line Cook to our team. We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals who want to work in a fun and fast-paced environment. We offer flexible schedules, great pay, and free food


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare all food items for service according to Lindsay, ON standards
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Prepare food and beverages for service according to Lindsay, ON standards
  • Ensure that all food and beverage is warm, fresh, and safe upon return from service
  • Clean station and take down work areas when necessary
  • Maintain a positive work environment for staff
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent experience, including some cooking experience in a high volume cook position.


Salary:
$15.50-$17.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lindsay, ON K9V 4T7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Food Handler Certification (preferred)
  • Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Night Shift (preferred)
