Description
We are seeking a Pharmacy Intern to join our team and assist with patient care in a community pharmacy setting.
Duties:
- Assist with medication dispensing under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
- Provide patient service and education on medication use
- Work with healthcare providers to ensure accurate medication orders and dosages
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and provide input on medication therapy
Experience:
- Eligible to start the internship with MPhA
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with healthcare providers
- Familiarity Kroll pharmacy software systems
