Together We deployed the first-ever nationwide ticketing system which processes over 50 million ticketing transactions in 100 cities daily.
The Sales & Business Development Intern will support the Urban Rail Signalling (URS) Business Line by conducting order intake reviews and collaborating on seminars, presentations and market intelligence activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with the Sales & BD teams, Key Account Managers and Country Directors globally to collaborate on the achievement of order intake and margins targets
- Keep close follow up of opportunities (Quarter forecast, Must Wins, Key Projects, Large Contracts)
- Maintain Salesforce database updated and provide sales forecasts
- Organize Sales seminars
- Prepare reports on a regular basis for management review which summarize the order intake status (Monthly reviews, Biweekly report, etc.)
- Manage and share information with top management
- Increase knowledge of our competitors, and, more widely, our whole ecosystem
Key Requirements:
- Must be able to commit 8 months to the role starting September 5th, 202
- University degree or working towards a degree in Business, Marketing, or closely related field
- Is within their 3rd of 4th year of studies.
- Ability to assimilate, integrate and extract relevant information in a concise manner, as appropriate
- Strong capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint
- Inquisitive mind, critical mind, autonomy, responsiveness, ability to network and openness to other cultures
- Good language skills due to the international nature of the business, must be comfortable in writing in English; and be able to understand and operate comfortably in an international business environment
