The
RBC Canadian Open is a golf tournament that takes place from
May 27-June 2, 2024.

Job Dates:
May 20th-June 5th

Hours:9am-5pm for event setup/teardown. 6am-6pm during the event. However, the end time is approximate and you may be asked to stay later if needed.

As a _Runner_ in one of our Inventory Departments, you will be shipping and moving product to different areas/locations throughout the site of the Tournaments.

This is a temporary position with an
early morning schedule.

You will use golf carts/dolly carts to move products, however, some heavy lifting may be required. Below is a description and list of duties that you will be responsible for, but not limited to.

Working with the Inventory Control Manager or Beverage Manager, you will loadin any produce, dry goods, finished products or beverages as they are delivered or need to be moved to other locations.
Ensure that all goods/products are stored in the correct locations as directed. Firstin, Firstout procedures are utilized and goods/products are stored in an organized manner.
You will be stocking each location onsite with necessary products according to predetermined par levels and specifications.
You are responsible for the dry storage and beverage storage units on site, ensuring that all products are on skids, and that unauthorized people do not enter without permission. You will also keep the areas neat and organized.
You will be required to fill requisition orders for products and deliver to different areas on the grounds.
You will utilize carts etc. to bring products to each area, but will be required to load and unload products by hand.
You may be asked to stock merchandisers or fridges as well.
Will assist in doing any last minute replenishments of products.
Will assist in doing accurate inventory counts of any fridges, storage areas or inventory in certain locations if needed.

Having a Forklift license is not required but highly recommended.
