Purpose of the Job
This Customer Service Representative will coordinate all activities pertaining to project coordination and material logistics.

They will work beside a staff of Client & Customer Support Representatives to perform order entry, shipment tracking, problem resolution and various other activities as dictated by the customer.

Additionally, this position will be responsible for the material logistics functions that make up the front end of producing and delivering material for shipment to the field.

This may involve direct contact with the account and production teams as well as the customer in organizing and communicating new promotions and programs.

Lastly, they will be responsible to timely and accurately perform various client owned programs containing item and program set up within the client's system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the beer and spirits distributor network addressing any issues that arise, including but not limited to status of existing orders, placing new orders via the multiple ordering tools, tracing orders via carrier websites on the internet, as well as educating distributors on various programs
  • Resolve any issue or inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage order windows and online catalogs
  • Work cross functionally with other Client teams
  • Process and fill freight claims on behalf of distributors and our clients for lost or damaged freight
  • Process distributor claims through the Distributor Claim System for material that is ordered in error, sales tax refunds, damaged material, etc.
Knowledge, Skills + Experience

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Bilingual in French preferred
  • Learn and navigate proficiently in our job control software & client eStore
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Outstanding attention to detail, thoroughness, and dedication to excellent results in abbreviated timelines
  • Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments
  • Proficient with MS Office software, especially Excel & PowerPoint
