Customer Service Representative


Job Purpose


The Customer Service Representative will work cooperatively with customers, sales representatives, as well as the logistics and technical teams, to ensure that Brampton Brick's customers receive quality product and service in a timely and professional manner.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Providing product and technical information to customers and sales team in a timely manner
  • Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, picks, packs, and returns
  • Obtain accurate information from clients relating to their orders and projects
  • Manage orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer inquiry and order status
  • Coordinate the transfer of products from other locations as needed
  • Work closely with other locations
  • Monitoring inventory and allocations
  • Intercompany billing, interbranch billing, track customer owned inventory
  • Reporting, analyzing, and performing other duties as assigned.
  • Some travel may be required from time to time

Qualifications / Experience

  • Minimum high school graduate, post secondary training is an asset
  • Experience in customer service environments
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Strong problem solving skills; ability to make timely but sound decisions
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Manage changing priorities, demands and constant interruptions
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines
  • Team player, but is able to work independently
  • Fluency in French (written and oral) an asset
  • Work flexible hours

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$37,838.00-$45,000.00 per year
