Looking for:
An impeccably organized, detail-oriented, enthusiastic people-person who isn't scared to get their hands dirty and tackle tasks big or small.
You have:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and love children (we work with many)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in office administration or another related field
- A keen ability to prioritize, multitask, take initiative and trouble shoot to complete the tasks at hand
We are a busy speech and occupational therapy clinic with 9 treatment areas and about 18 therapists who come and go and work in varying capacities from part-to-full time.
Specific duties will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients
- Answering phone calls in a professional and friendly way to: respond to inquiries, schedule appointments using our online scheduling/charting system, relay clinic policies and procedures, etc.
- Maintaining client accounts and records
- Sanitizing, putting away and organizing toys and therapy materials between treatment sessions
- Setting up and maintaining systems and procedures to ensure all areas of the clinic are constantly tidy, organized, and running smoothly
- Maintaining an inventory of supplies and testing materials and ordering things as needed
- Restocking treatment rooms with supplies
- Training and organizing a team of students and volunteers
- Light cleaning/tidying throughout the day and at end of day
- Social media marketing
- Instagram posts and reels
What we offer:
Flexible hours that can be organized to suit the needs of you or your family: we are looking for the right person and can use your help for 25-40 hours per week, per your preferred schedule; for example, working hours around you or your child's school schedule or your school schedule.
Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
