Job summary
We're looking for an experienced AI engineer to help us extract, structure, and compare quantities directly from construction drawings using modern AI techniques.This role is focused on AI-powered takeoffs — not generic document search. You'll help design systems that understand drawings, revisions,
and scopes,
and turn them into reliable reviewable quantities for estimators.
- Ai-assisted takeoffs from construction drawings (PDF plans plan sets revisions)
- Using embeddings vector search to understand relate drawing content notes symbols
- Comparing drawings across revisions to identify quantity scope changes
