Description

Join our team We are looking for a strong, organized person who is detail oriented.

You will be responsible for shipping, inspecting and packaging a variety of products according to detailed instructions.

This is a full time position in our Oakville facility. Our assembly area is clean, bright, and spacious with high ceilings. Hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:pm with possible overtime.

Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned):

Prepare necessary documents to ship finished goods.
Pack and prepare goods for shipping using appropriate packing and shipping materials. This includes adding tagging, small parts (keys, couplings, etc.).
Perform product inspections prior to shipping.
Schedule pick up with transport companies. Load and unload delivery trucks.
Maintain shipping records. Close out shipped orders on computer system.
Drive forklift or use pallet jacket to move bulk product to the proper destination point.
Ensure housekeeping and organization (5S) of the shipping area.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Three (3) years of warehouse or shipping experience.
Competent computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
