As a Guest Retention Manager you are responsible for assisting the sales team to increase our lease penetration by advising guests which model fit their needs.

    Guest Retention Manager you are responsible for:
  • Actively collaborate with product advisors and sales managers daily on communication with active lease/finance guests.
  • Actively collaborate and generate various reports to Senior Management on monthly lease results.
  • To proactively identify and capitalize on new vehicle sales opportunities within the existing lease and finance portfolio.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong guest relationships through prospect calls, and maintain detailed summary in our CRM tool (currently Dealer Socket) and Toyota Credit Canada Inc's tool (Customer Reach)
  • Actively communicate with guests to understand their vehicle needs and preferences, offering alternative options based on gathered information.
  • Explain the terms and conditions of shortterm and longterm leases compared to traditional purchase arrangements to guests based on their needs.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales pitches to potential guests.
  • Prepare and organize lease end options for lease buyout guests before turning over to the Business Office.
  • Generate appointments for vehicle sales from the current lease and finance portfolio.
  • Demonstrate and follow Erin Park's 5 Car Keys (i.e. Safety, Integrity, Courtesy, Show, and Efficiency) through daily activities and interactions.

Qualifications:


  • OMVIC License (in progress)
  • Valid G Class drivers license
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detailed orientated and ability to problem solve
