Kingston, ON office is seeking an organized, detail oriented and professional
Service Administrator to join the Technical Services team.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, the Service Administrator is responsible for overseeing aspects of work related to daily activities while maintaining accuracy and meeting company targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Dispatch service calls to technicians and follow up with the customers
- Issue purchase orders to technicians and process through the internal system
- Submit orders and follow up on parts and equipment
- Compose quotes for repairs and assist with tender closings
- Process billings using an internal software program, and review invoices/credits with department manager
- Audit and process all field workers payroll
KNOWLEDGE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Completion of a postsecondary diploma in Business Administration.
- Strong understanding of computer systems and software
- Understanding mechanical systems and appropriate codes and industry standards is not a requirement but is considered an asset.
SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Previous administration and dispatch experience is preferred
- Experience working within a similar construction environment is considered a strong asset
- Ability to understand and maintain knowledge of pricing policies and procedures for technical services.
- Adept in learning and adapting to new technologies and software
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Specifically Word and Excel)
- Ability to multitask, adapt and selforganize in high volume working environments
- Strong track record of excellent customer service and maintaining customer confidence
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills
