Job Summary:
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Campaign Development and Execution: Design and execute targeted demand generation campaigns tailored to digital channels and partnerships to drive awareness and lead generation.
- Lead Generation and Nurturing: Develop strategies for lead capture and nurturing programs to move leads through the sales funnel, from initial awareness to conversion. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition of leads and to optimize the lead nurturing process.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the product team to develop engaging, informative, and persuasive content that supports demand generation efforts and aligns with overall marketing goals.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing specialists, content creators, and product specialists to ensure demand generation strategies are integrated and aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Performance Measurement and Optimization: Regularly analyze campaign performance against key metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI. Use insights to make datadriven decisions and optimize future campaigns. Prepare and present regular reports on campaign results, insights, and recommendations for improvement to the VP of Marketing and other stakeholders.
- Innovation and Adaptation: Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and demand generation. Be willing to experiment with new channels and tactics to drive better results.

Requirements:
- Physical:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
- Mental:
- Language: The use of the English language, both Oral and Written.
- Requires daily communication with multiple departments to ensure maximum efficiency.
Education & Skills:
- Degree in marketing, digital marketing, or related.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong communication and crossfunctional collaboration skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Thrive in fastpaced environments and quickly build, deploy, and optimize marketing initiatives while ensuring quality.
- Metricsdriven.
- Prefer working in a collaborative, crossteam capacity.
- Creative problemsolver with a 'cando' attitude.
- Strong technical aptitude and an ability to learn new tools quickly.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation in a B2B environment required.
- Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including campaign creation, automation, and reports. HubSpot certification is a big plus.
- Experience working with Dynamics365 and/or equivalent CRM systems.
- A strong knowledge of demand generation best practices.

- Hours of operation: 8:30 to 4:30pm
