Join our team this summer and enjoy working in a fun and exciting environment while making a positive impact on guest experience and safety As an Audit Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring and auditing lift access to prevent unauthorized entry, troubleshoot pass and ticket issues, identify potential loss, and investigate any suspicious activity.

    Compensation Information:

    $18.75 per hour

    Physical Requirement:

    Light, may involve handling loads of 5kg but less than 10kg, predominately in an indoor setting.

    Accountabilities:

    • Daily audits of our access control system to ensure that all guests are in compliance with our policies and procedures
    • Identify and report access control issues or irregularities, as well as providing recommendation for resolution
    • Perform investigations related to access control violations, including reviewing footage from security cameras and collecting evidence
    • Work alongside Guest Services and Lift Operations to prevent and deter theft and other losses
    • Maintain accurate records of all access control and loss incidents, entering data across software systems in an efficient and timely manner
    • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and address concerns or questions related to access control or loss prevention
    • Staying up to date with operation standards across departments to set and maintain consistent policies and procedures that can be easily followed

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues or irregularities in access control
    • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment as well as independently, and collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
