We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our team.

The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and maintenance of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the maintenance of the properties, including coordinating repairs and overseeing contractors
• Handle tenant relations, including responding to tenant inquiries and addressing any complaints or issues
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure the properties are being properly maintained
• Prepare and execute lease agreements and handle lease renewals
• Perform move in/ move out inspections for tenants
• Ensure compliance with all local, provincial, and federal laws and regulations related to property management
• Ensuring that rents are collected in a timely manner and strictly enforcing late payment policies
• File and attend hearings with Tenancy Board to resolve tenancy matters

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree and/or experience of 3+ years in a property management role is vital. Completion of Property Management Certification is considered an asset.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
• Valid class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation

In addition to a base salary, we offer leasing commissions, and vehicle reimbursement. Only applicants selected for interviews will be contacted.

$40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
