Avenue Architecture is a fast-paced dynamic architectural firm specializing in commercial and retail design. We are conveniently located in the Yonge and Eglinton area in Toronto.We are in immediate need of:
Skilled Intermediate AutoCAD Operator.
You will be working with the project architect and support staff.
Mandatory Prerequisites:
-
Minimum 5-8 yrs of relevant working experience in Exterior Detailing.
- Graduate of an accredited AutoCad Training Program.
- CAD database/ programming skills required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English required.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with project coordination in retail and Quick Service Restaurant design.
- Experience with Revit/Sketchup/3D Skills will be given preference.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English required.
Responsibilities:
- Generating working drawings and documentation under supervision.
- Adhere to strict quality control and drafting standards.
- Exercise precise time management skills, multitasking cad production on multiple projects and extremely tight deadlines.
