  • Prepare and send out invoices to customers
  • Review and verify accuracy of billing data and resolve any discrepancies
  • Enter billing information into software system
  • Monitor customer accounts for nonpayment, delayed payments, or other irregularities
  • Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances or payment inquiries
  • Assist with account analysis and reconciliation as needed

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a billing clerk or in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Produce Pro Software
  • Experience in the produce industry
Please note that this is not a remote position. The billing clerk will be expected to work on-site at our office location.

Salary:
$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
