The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting in creating engaging communications and content and assisting with the maintenance of consistent branding and corporate identity across marketing channels, including social media, digital, and printed content.

In this position, you will partner directly with our Marketing & Communications Team to execute our marketing and communications strategies and initiatives, produce presentations, digital content, and other collateral, and brainstorm fresh strategies.


As a fantastic, inspirational communicator with a strong understanding of the importance of timing and expectation setting, who excels at creating compelling messages through multiple mediums and ensuring that messaging is consistent with the overall strategy, you will be a strong contributor to the marketing execution here at Western Wealth Capital.

Using your strong written, technical, and creative skills, you will help take our marketing campaigns to new levels with your ability to continually test and evaluate approaches and implement new ideas quickly.


Responsibilities:


  • Create content for written communication and marketing messaging
  • Creation of internal and external messaging including investor relations communications.
  • Work with the marketing team to support the public relations action plan including drafting press releases and liaising with PR companies and media contacts as needed.
  • Continually update and develop modern, fresh, and creative marketing content
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to create and develop social media content and manage online presence engagement and communication on social media and website channels
  • Create visual content using existing Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Provide research and analysis on market trends
  • Assists marketing team with developing annual timelines and schedules for social media campaigns, online brand activities, and investor communications
  • Support the Marketing Director, Sales & Operations, and the executive team with various tasks related to previous, current, and future projects
  • Coordinate with internal partners to ensure all content adheres to brand standards
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the Teams project management tool (WRIKE) used to track & update projects
  • Participate in the coordination and execution of internal events as needed.
  • Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities assigned

What You Will Need:


  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience producing marketing materials for investment offerings and/or investor reports would be considered a strong asset
  • Experience with content marketing, digital lead generation development strategies, brand guidelines, and public relations
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or relevant field, 5 years' experience in marketing roles, including demonstrable experience in leading the development of communication strategies and actionable plans.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fastpaced environment
  • Deadlineoriented, inquisitive, with great followup and reporting skills
  • Adherence to schedules and deadlines, overseeing project coordination in a crossfunctional, geographically dispersed environment
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality, utilize judgment, and work with mínimal supervision
  • Experience writing for real estate, investor relations or financial funds is considered an asset.
