Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting relationships with assigned clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and work to meet or exceed expectations.

Account Development:


  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional products or services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention.

Strategic Planning:


  • Develop account plans outlining the client's business goals, challenges, and potential areas for growth.
  • Work with clients to align their objectives with the organization's products/services.

Sales and Revenue Generation:


  • Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products or services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Problem Resolution:


  • Address and resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and problem resolution.

Communication:


  • Provide regular updates to clients on product enhancements, new features, and industry trends.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure everyone is aligned with client expectations.

Reporting and Analysis:


  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales, and revenue projections.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary:
$15.00-$43.63 per hour
