Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Location:
Fredericton: 495 Prospect St Unit D, Fredericton, NB E3B 9M4
A contract commencement bonus of CAD $500 will be paid after completion of 4 consecutive weeks of service.
A contract completion bonus of CAD $500 will be paid after completing 12 weeks service.
1 year of experience in Customer Service.
Fluent in both English and French.
A typing speed of 40 words per minute is essential.
Prior Voice and Chat Experience. Functional knowledge of using CRM solution and MS Excel
Domain knowledge of Retail Customer Service.
