Description

Job Description & General Duties

  • Entering orders in the system and order maintenance
  • Phone orders
  • Scheduling deliveries
  • Order deficiencies, return/exchange management
  • Informing customers of product backorder, or substitutions
  • Ensure price lists are updated and entered in Syspro
  • Other duties as directed by Appliance Canada
  • Provide outstanding customer service

Competencies

  • Strong listening and communication skills, with a professional telephone manner
  • Ability to deal with customers professionally in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Possess strong multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of the Appliance industry an asset
  • Ability to work collaboratively with fellow colleagues
