Job Summary:
We are seeking friendly and motivated Neighbourhood Marketing Representatives to join our team. You will be the face of our company while you connect directly with residents, build relationships, and promote our services within the community.
The ideal candidates are genuine and friendly individuals who will connect directly with homeowners across neighbourhoods in Edmonton and surrounding areas. This door-to-door role focuses on building trust, generating leads, offering free deck assessments/estimates (not completed by you), and introducing residents to decking solutions that improve their homes exterior, property value, and daily lives.

We offer competitive uncapped performance based bonuses that can significantly increase your earning potential. Estimated annual earnings can exceed $70,000-$90,000 plus per year.*
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Walk designated neighbourhoods and engage homeowners with friendly, professional, and genuine conversations;
- Speak with homeowners regarding deck status/conditions;
- Offer free site assessments and free estimates (not completed by you);
- Obtain and document contact information for interested homeowners;
- Promote decks, patios, privacy walls, etc.;
- Generate leads and book free estimates;
- Distribute informative and promotional material/flyers;
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity;
- Meet daily outreach and performance targets;
- Track interactions and report progress.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Strong/confident communication and people skills;
- Friendly, approachable, and genuine;
- Positive attitude, outgoing, reliable, and self-motivated;
- Ability to walk outdoors for extended periods;
- Comfortable working independently and/or in team settings;
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada;
- Must pass a criminal record check;
- Own transportation to and from working locations; and
- Smartphone for required company work applications.

Pay & Incentives:
- Performance based pay structure starting with $18/hour base;
- Weekly and monthly bonuses paid based on performance;
- Estimated annual earnings can exceed $70,000-$90,000 plus per year.*
