**: Under the responsibility of the Maintenance Director, the housekeeping attendant is assigned to cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of the common areas of the establishment.

Schedule:
Full-time night shift (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.)


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


Administration:


  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Assist your immediate superior and other team members with their daily tasks and administrative duties
  • Greet visitors
  • Maintain good relationships with the residents
  • Maintain the different registers
  • Maintain the residence directory
  • Make appointments
  • Receive and redirect incoming calls
  • Update different administrative forms and documents

Construction:


  • Maintain and clean the premises
  • Schedule and ensure that preventive maintenance is performed on equipment

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • High school diploma (SSD)
  • Good knowledge of French and English, both oral and written
  • Knowledge of Master D (an asset)
  • Knowledge of Hopem software (an asset)
  • 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
